A pharmaceutical packaging company on Webflow that wanted to keep editing content without paying for the editor. Rebuilt in Next.js against a file-based CMS, measured against a DOM capture of the original so the rebuild could be proven rather than eyeballed.

Design tokens and copy were extracted out of the captured DOM rather than retyped, which is how the fidelity stayed honest.

A written fidelity report records exactly where the rebuild still differs from the capture — nothing quietly swept up.

Content lives as one file per entry in the repo, edited through Keystatic. No hosted CMS, no seat pricing.

The product range is a real shop: every SKU is a card, ordering runs through the site.
